NOTE :

This game is typical of our commitment to always offer you something new in terms of packaging and/or concept. We wanted to revisit the idea of games that go beyond the console itself, as was done, for example, with Quest for the Rings on Videopac/Odyssey². The limited production and the various elements necessarily entails a non-negligible production cost. The cards alone account for one-third of the total price.

What is Multiverse Wars?

The IntelliVision Multiverse, a vast network of interconnected dimensions, has been thrown into chaos. The Reality Anchor, a cosmic artifact that maintained balance across all universes, has been stolen by an unknown force. Without it, the fabric of space-time is unraveling, merging worlds into a single, unstable realm, a prison for all trapped players.

You are one of these lost travelers. Your mission is clear:

•Survive the dangers of this new, fractured universe.

•Adapt to its ever-changing rules.

•Find the Reality Anchor before others do, only the first to claim it can restore their home dimension.

But beware: other players hunt the same prize, and this world is riddled with traps, illusions, and betrayals. Trust no one.

You play as a character from a video game. Your objective is to reclaim the Reality Anchor. To seize it, you must first reach its location.

The Game Board

The playing field consists of multiple zones, some of which you can traverse freely while others are blocked. Natural obstacles may stand in your way.
Universe Instability Mechanics

The current universe is unstable, this can work for or against you:

•In Your Favor: You can temporarily alter the environment to create paths toward the Anchor.

•Against You: Other trapped players can modify the universe as well, reshaping it to their advantage.
Your experience as a gamer allows you to manipulate certain in-game elements. These take the form of special cards that can be activated in two ways:

•Discard to Trigger: Play the card by discarding it.

•Action Points: Spend Action Points (AP) earned through IntelliVision to activate effects.

Collect cards to gain tactical advantages.

Strategize movement to avoid enemy interference.

Balance risk and reward when altering the unstable universe.

Will you outmaneuver your rivals and reclaim the Anchor?

OUR EDITION INCLUDES

-A cardboard box with integral closure.

The dimensions are different from our previous boxes since, in addition to the cartridge and instructions, the box contains the elements for the board game (cards and counters).

-The game

These cartridges are specific to Côté Gamers. They are 3D printed by our team.

ATTENTION: Although this game uses the Intellivision, it is not a video game in the traditional sense. The console is used to announce (via Intellivoice) elements to identify on the cards. It also acts as a timer for each player and manages the times, bonuses, and penalties for everyone.

To play with the console, you will of course need to use the controllers.

Although it is possible to play without the Intellivision, the game mode that includes it remains the most fun and dynamic! Indeed, you will not just be sitting in front of the screen: you will have to be faster with the cards than your opponents. The system is also designed to generate player errors and fits of laughter. This is why you can even invite people who know nothing about the Intellivision to join a game.
